La Huasteca in Monterrey, Mexico. This is a mountain range, and a hot spot for rock climbing. If you are into mountain climbing, and you visit monterrey, head over here. One guy I know would just go up to groups of climbers and they would let him use their equipment and belay him and everything. If you have small feet though, you'd better have your own climbing shoes with you.
